After reviewing the collective proceedings claim form filed by the proposed representative, Clare Spottiswoode, on May 9, 2022, as well as the application submitted on the same date to send the claim form and related documents to the proposed defendants outside of the jurisdiction of the Competition Appeal Tribunal agreed that the claimants are allowed to deliver the claim form to the second, fifth, and sixth proposed defendants, regardless of their location, at their respective addresses.
